Our Story

The "Castile" name has been creating renouned pizzas in Sydney's Eastern suburbs for the past 30 odd years. Starting out in 1978 with a restaurant on Bondi Road, we quickly became referred to as the pioneers of gourmet pizza in Sydney! With the popularity and demand of our pizzas growing so much so, we subsequently opened other restaurants in Bondi, Darlinghurst and Randwick in the years that followed.

Being local's ourselves, we thought it was about time we introduced our style of pizza making and hospitality to the Northern Beaches and so we opened "Coastal Castile" in June, 2010.

All our sauces and dressings are hand made in our kitchen and our menu is prepared fresh. Our dough is made from scratch, rolled daily and all our pizzas are finished with the award winning Caboolture Mozzarella.

We are continually creating quality, modern gourmet pizzas in our quest to uphold our reputation, and become the Northern Beaches pizza of choice!
